    You should have krmovie.dll in the game folder... It comes with the game or the OP patch I think.
    If you don't have it redownload it.

    Yeah, it should come with the unpatched game already.

    That said, the problem may not be that the file isn't there, just that it failed to open. I find it very likely that on the lower levels (the part you don't see when messing with the kiri scripts, but rather how those scripts are actually implemented by the engine) they don't do any checking to see whether bringing in any dynamically loaded libraries, executing external stuff, etc. failed or not before trying to use them. I mean, these budget Japanese programs tend to be very crappily developed.

    There's no need for krflash.dll.
    The OP patch contains a modified krmovie.dll, so if you haven't replaced the original one, try to do so.
    Otherwise it might be some anti-virus protection that blocks it? Try turning off protection for a moment and run the game.

    The officially released OP patch doesn't have any loose files to replace in the game directory. I think you're thinking of one of the more recent unreleased iterations.

    Okay. I gave running the game without Antivirus a shot, and now I got an EAccessViolation.

    EDIT: after just trying a couple times, it doesn't give an EAccessViolation every time. Sometimes it gives the krmovie.dll error, other times it gives the EAccessViolation. This is with all the game folders and the patch folder listed as Antivirus exceptions.

    EDIT: So I made the game folders Malware exceptions as well, which caused the EAccessViolation to start showing up consistently. So that's one half of the issue. Now I'm concerned as to why EAccessViolation is showing up despite me having installed LAV filters.

    Are you supposed to restart after installing them?

    EDIT: tried reinstalling, nothing. Still getting an EAccessViolation despite having LAV Filters installed and restarted the computer did nothing to help.

    Question... I got CCCN and LAV filters and everything, and I can run both Fate and Heaven's Feel.

    But oddly enough, UBW doesn't even start.. I open it, wait a bit, and it closes afterwards. Not even the menu shows up and no error message either. Just the windowed black screen and then it closes. Like this



    WHAT IS HAPPENING?????

    GUYS... found the problem...
    UBW didn't open due to "datasc.ksd", which is the visual settings for the 3 games, and it was set to FULLSCREEN...

    Conclusion: IF YOU CAN'T RUN UBW, MIGHT BE 'CAUSE YOU SET THE GAME ON FULLSCREEN -.-'
