After all of that, it seemed that these words were the ones that she had latched onto the most. Perhaps it was due to the scenario, of the revelation the previous night that time was something that could in fact be rewound, that had given those words greater significance than even you had thought about...

But going towards the future...

Constantly yearning for the past, trying to make things better, getting lost in could have beens and what ifs...

If you lived life like that, then you weren't truly living at all; nothing would change from lusting after the past, you can't protect the future if you're constantly looking behind you...
