There are some things you would hope remain sacred even in death, but apparently not.
Nearly two centuries after Napoleon’s death, a Channel 4 documentary has uncovered his greatest secret.
Famed for being a little on the short side, Dead Famous DNA has now revealed that the French emperor had a penis to match his stature*.
(*It was very small.)
The series sees Mark Evans track down the remains of some of history’s most famous faces, in the hope they can solve some of the mysteries that surround them.
But while hair has been the most common relic used to find DNA, tonight’s second episode sees Bonaparte’s… parts analysed.
