Probably not actually stronger than Arcueid since Origami is supposed to be an instant kill and the most it can do is tie her down. But that version of Akiha is essentially Crimson Red Vermilion (Shiki notes the mirage-like haze at one point), and she's running on a combo of sympathy boosts, no life drain from SHIKI, and vampire traits/power from Roa. It's super broken. Probably at least Kouma-tier if not more.
