How would you Make an Illya Route Work?

I've heard bits and pieces of it from everywhere and think that this idea is too big for the general Fanfic Idea Thread so I thought we could use this thread as a little think tank for such thoughts.
First off, I heard there was a planned route that even included things like a grown up Illya. I would like to gather all the information about that here in this convenient to access thread.
We could talk about power balance, possible alliances and possible antagonists and so such that would go through the ideas of route planning.
Possibly discuss fics that tried it, their shortfallings and improvements.
Overall a good discussion on Shirou's routeless little (really older) adoptive sister.

I was asking anyone and everyone here to throw whatever data we have on the cancelled route here. All I know is aged up Illya and foursome with her and maids.

I under stand the those were jokes, possibly based upon how had it is to top off what Moczo has done but I know you can give more than that guys.

Yeah seems like not many ideas are going to be passed around due to the openess of the topic and thus limited ability to focus it into one coherent and consistent stream. I guess I'll wait for it's natural death.

After giving it some more thought, isn't EMIYA pretty scary? He can BP from across town if he doesn't care about collateral damage(and, of course, he has normal arrows too) and knows everywhere Shirou could go to hide.

I'd actually be more interested in a situation where the Servants are more irrelevant, much as they are in HF. The few ideas that I've had on an Illya route would really focus more on the human/inhuman aspect of magi. Like, making Rin an enemy would be comparable to making the conventional magus itself an enemy while trying to instill values to Illya since she was obviously not raised with any outside of the HGW. I always kind of figured there'd be something of a mirror side to it all if all four had been given routes. Saber and Illya, humanizing them, Rin and Sakura, humanizing Shirou.

First of all, I think the key to making an Ilya route work is no romance. Family route where you protect your little sister is superior, not least of all thanks to her child-like body.

If Shirou needs prana just have her order Sella and/or Leysritt to do it, all practical magus style. Accentuates that she doesn't really get human nature as a thing by simply treating sex as a standard magus tool. Or have no sex whatsoever, also works just as well.

I agree with most of this......except for the meido love scenes.....what?

Anyway, I think as for the villain this time around I really want to see Old Man Acht get his ass in Fuyuki and deal the problem himself. I mean he was kinda there in Fate/Zero but that's just it.

Oh i think EMIYA will be involve again....since he's still cares for Illya (?). Instead of being Shirou's convenient ability textbook of course.

Meido lovin' was only if there's a necessity to keep sex in this route. If it's RN then you get the pure sibling route, which I prefer.
