Probably a mix of both, really. The main character I'd want to keep is Left's! Galatea was actually supposed to be super important to the plot later on and Left's character concept for her completely floored me.

Also I've got to fit in KT's character somehow, that throws a bit of a wrench into the narrative, though. Major characters finding out that they're from a high noble house and then nearly murdering a comrade is really awkward to mesh into a coherent story.

Girl snaps under the pressure, attacks one of her own, the subsequent guilt causes her to have a full breakdown. Army psych ward takes her away but she believes that she is a pretty princess being lead away by her lordly family
