IIRC BL-tan was literally an OC donutsteel some dude from BL's first generation (we're on the third or fourth right now) that literally nobody in the forum at the time (second generation, maybe third?) liked except for one person I don't recall who argued it'd be mean to the guy who originally drew it even though that guy hadn't posted in years, and somehow actually swayed the admins of the time and it got a free pass into the banner rotation despite being a terrible banner in every possible sense.

But instead of Pikachu it's BL-tan and instead of Pokémon constellations it's TM characters in the stars.

This actually happens in the first season of the anime, and back then the entire hemisphere is filled with genwun pokemon like Onix and Pikachu, thus forever denying any Pokémon that zoomers don't remember the right to be remembered by the stars.

This says a lot about society Pokémon BL history.

Recently, I have been hearing tales of a user named Dartz and his tendency to power wank. What was his deal, and is he gone or not?

Dartz liked Archetype-EARTH very much, to the point where no one took what he said seriously because it was him saying it. I recall rumors of him posting fake quotes to support his arguments but I don't recall if that's true; someone more learned could clarify that.

He left the forum when Primate Murder became a harmless Eevee for the sake of Fate/, and with him left the last person who actually read Melty Blood win quotes and cared about Tsuki enough to argue about it in Badass Vs.
