She doesn't get a good one until her hero moment saving Shirou at the temple, or playing defense against Archer in the hallway at school.
Nasu really has to give her some goodies, since she really doesn't go all out until the end, which is actually pretty much in character for her to be methodical, so it leans away from too much flashy shit unless she HAS to.

Well like I said, she doesn't seemingly do much because a lot of her abilities cost a lot of magical energy.
In the VN version of HF, she only uses the Pegasus two times the whole route, once to cross the three hour trip to the church to save Shirou, Rin, and Ilya as per Sakura's orders(which required the use of Bellerophon to make it in time for the operation), and the next was the clash with Saber Alter.
Though hey, maybe Nasu will advise them to BS some stuff to get over her magical energy restrictions.
I don't think the first time was ever confirmed though.
Rider is one of my fav parts of HF. And nice avatar, Crimblack, every TM character looks cute as chibi, but chibi Rider is other level of greatness

Besides, how else was she going to get four people back to the Church in time with what is a three hour walk over pretty rough terrain?
Rider also notes she extensively used her NP when she and Shirou talk privately in the yard, and its taking its toll on Sakura.
I love her personality.
