Well, I mean, I actually agree with you. But the HF movie trilogy isn't a 1:1 analog to the HF visual novel route. They're different mediums and are consequently made with somewhat different intentions. Both to facilitate what can be reasonably shown and also to which audience the creators want to show them to. I guess I'm just more willing to ignore what is lost in that translation and focus on the movies in isolation instead of by comparing them to any other Fate works.
Insofar as the truck scene, I agree here as well. I don't care for the choreography at all really. I just still think it is passable as a component to the overall sequence despite that.I guess that's my limit of the suspension of disbelief, then. At some point, I stop seeing this as a believable world and I start seeing the staff's contrivances to make a cool scene at all costs and I can't unsee it.

"What about the credit pages at the start and the end?" No.
"Can you make them brighter?" No.
"This part's a little blurry, can you take another picture?" No.
"Can you make a Mega link? Become a man, and do it yourself.
"But what about the art bo-" HELL NO. It's all Newtype and Lawson's stuff that everyone's already seen anyways.
Important Facts:
- TOKIOMI DID NOTHING WRONG
NOTHING
WRONG
- Sakura doesn't understand what it means to be loved.
- Hail Mary compatibility summons aren't a thing, press F for fanfics everywhere.
- Sakura's too depressing for those doujins where Shinji whores her out to other students to ever be canon.
- Archer figured out what Sakura was going through, but that's not his problem.

yes
I'm not even baiting about Worm slut. She completely dragged down HF whereas characters like Illya, Rin and Kirei were much better than the main heroine, Worm slut.
I personally preferred it when (it seemed that) Tokiomi could've kept Sakura and raise her as a non-mage, but didn't because he's a mage and he doesn't properly value that kind of mundane happiness. More fitting and proper, IMO, than making trusting the wrong person his only mistake.
Sounds about right. A big part of her arc is coming to understand that Shirou and Rin really do love her unconditionally.
lol
Appropriate. HF Shirou and Archer are pretty much complete opposites, after all. Shirou gives up everything for Sakura, Archer would sacrifice her without batting an eye.

I like Sugiyama's thoughts on how he plays Shirou

Oh I didn't even realize the Lancer-Assassin fight wasn't even in Fuyuki.

Zouken would be a Pride in the Association, am I reading that right?
Gotta love Miki Itou, can't think of any other voice that would be more suitable for Taiga. It's amazing how she also played Tomoe's mom from Paradox Spiral, a character that's essentially the antithesis of her role from FSN.
For some reason, prime!Zouken being 27DAA-level surprises me. Even though it shouldn't.
Sugiyama having to act out SLH back then in 2006 gives me hope that Ufo will adapt the scene as a BD special.

But I don't know why
Sudo's interpretation of each and every aspect of Heaven's Feel is so on point, it's insane. Giving him HF was the right choice.
Reading his thought process of why Sakura was standing in the cold waiting for Shirou and not going out to look for him despite how desperate she was, gave me a warm feeling in my heart. He truly understands Sakura.
Also, I like how he keeps referencing the original 18+ PC version and incorporating it into his decision making.
Finally,
"The fight moved to another city halfway, so Kirei pretended not to know."
That's all the confirmation I needed to consider Carnival Phantasm canon.
Thank you so much @Rafflesiac, that was an amazing read.
What about Mike?
