So both Abigail and Hokusai have "Existence Outside the Domain" EX rank and Divinity B. Is it safe to assume that all Foreigners will have a Divinity skill at this point? Because I really doubt Hokusai is meant to have that skill without being a Foreigner.
Also, taking into account that Hokusai has both Territory Creation and Item Creation, she probably could be summoned as Caster too. I suppose it didn't happen because tentacles.

Oh i know that, it's not that i was talking about power level or anything. I just find it amusing. The thought of mephisto blowing gil up is just so unexpected to me.

Galahad is the ideal knight and the son of Lancelot. That's about the least you could expect from him.
Lost Room seems to be basically a dream sequence. Anything goes.

Galahad is stated to be really really strong, so nothing shocking honestly. Also Lost Room was directly written by Nasu, so he made that choice.
Lost Room is basically a chance to portrait battle scenes with many Servants without having to worry about making a plot that explains why it's happening. It's a dream after all.
Oh, and to show why Galahad is better than Mashmallow.
