Olga served her purpose admirably of dying horribly to establish that Shit Got Real^TM and thus has no further need for appearances. If anything, her coming back would trivialize Fuyuki's impact.

there are a few times where you can brush her off or otherwise intimate that whoever the support Waifu is more interesting, but yeah, generally the game assumes you are a team. I used to dislike her more then I do now. Won’t say I am a big fan now but at the very least she went from mild irritant to background noise.
