    To me it doesn't seem like she's holding back but that she's finally fighting as a proper Caster and fully utilizing her Witchcraft EX for massive spells. When she goes out in melee is because she dislikes using spells at full power thus has to compensate with melee skills or at least that's how it looks like to me.

    Also does anyone know perchance where there's a video for Tamamo's animations first and second stage?
