The key is to have Shirou's mindset and having a head thicker than steel.

Daily quests-> use bond team
Farm non-daily quests-> USE bond team
Events-> USE BOND TEAMMM
CQ-> squeeze in as many bond members I can

Just stock your gold exps. I have similar issue a few months ago (all servants maxed), and then I got the mad chick, shiki and Mo-san within a month.

And I regret I have burnt all those exp cards.
