Krishna exists,the one that showed up in Arjuna's 2nd interlude is just his split personality named after his best friend so he can pile the blame for killing a defenseless Karna when in reality he shot Karna all on his own.

This is exactly what will happen. We've come across the point in the shounen series when the last boss we've just worked so hard to just barely beat gets stomped by some newly shown up motherfucker from out of nowhere who goes "lul this weakling, i can't believe you scrubs had so much trouble with him, but from now, we, the four/five/nine/seventeentythousand heavenly kings, are the stronkest" and we have to stronkify ourselves to dethrone these freakin' newbies.

It does make a certain amount of sense that Lostbelt servants would be insane and potentially stronger than Gil. If Gil is the anime final boss that the heroes spend their entire time working up to to fight, then the lostbelts are some fan's cheesy fanfic where they have to justify the heroes having difficulty fighting somebody after already beating King GoldyPants the Indominable.
And on a more serious note, if the Lostbelts are basically worlds rewritten in the favour of certain people, it wouldn't be hard for somebody like Napoleon to take over the entire cultural sphere and basically be like the Heracles of their world.
