I prefer shark since she has good NP gain and star gen on top of a good kit and NP
but I probably wouldn't want to use her if she wasn't NP2

NP is a lot more reliable. I guess you could circumvent the cooldown problem inherent in skills with cdr but having it on NP cuts out the middleman.

Which is easier than using Iri with her bad NP gain?
Tamamo helps with the cooldown I guess
like she helps Iri at spamming her NP
Ultimately it's up to what you need I guess, "damage" plus some survival or strictly survival
you can forcefeed np with arts teams all day
tamamo, waver, bb, prisma cosmos everywhere
its not the most fun thing to do but its a thing
