That's the good thing, isn't it? I mean, pairing her with someone like Summer Nero or Quetz and you see returns of a good proportion both from the team heal and Passionlip's survivability aspect. Either way, the idea is to not pair her with Merlin so you can see decent performance from the attack buff as a substitute to not having a Merlin.

Lip needed an NP upgrade more than a skill upgrade except maybe a fix to her third skill to remove the stun or change its cd to better match the first skill.

Just received a message suddenly that my phone is no longer supported. Still trying to find a way to solve the issue.
What's the point of removing the stun when you got a 3-use debuff resist buff that you definitely won't waste them all in one turn? Besides, it's a good design in general as you have to either take into account your debuff when buffing her up on the spot since you could either save the debuff resist for later and waste a turn not doing anything (or maybe don't need to when her cards are not available) or use the debuff resist immediately and lose a stack of it. Heck, even some bosses don't really debuff your Servants so you are going to waste the debuff resist stacks by not using it.

Looks like Lip's Atk buff starts as 10-30% Atk Up on Half HP and reaches 30-50% Atk Up on 1 HP. Pretty good.
