Napoleon is worse than Tesla/Gil/Ishtar
He isn't bad, just very boring kit-wise and kind of unnecessary as we have like 30 millions Buster AoE Archers already

he needs bullets, proofs and chains for skill levelling, so that's quite a hell

He's nowhere near Drake, Drake's NP gain is much much better than Napoleon, which is further helped with her Golden Rule and Pioneer of the Stars.
The best way to look at this is: Is Arjuna your only 5* AoE NP Archer? If yes then grab him. If not, the others are IMO better. Though I'm sure his NP damage is high when all of his buffs are on.
Where are you getting those numbers? Also his last skill gives Invincibility Break for three turns.

Not impressed, especially compared to the other AOE Archers he's competing with. Which is fine! I don't want to roll for now if I can help it.

I find it funny how he uses his Cannon as a pile bunker in some moves, really puts a smile on my face.
Hmm. Feels like he's a manifestation of Napoleon's legens instead of the actual thing.

At least he does... well, not until he gets an Interlude or you have NP2 versus Drake NP1 I guess. Bonus points for countering Dodge and Invul during NP phase, I guess?

In fact his last skill is basically Pioneer of the Stars with the serial numbers filed off (and less NP charge).
