1st off Lyria is an SR. Second why should she attack? Thats strictly character breaking if you want her to. Her highest skill cooldown is 8 but decreases to 7 at level 45. And there are alot more horrendous skill cooldowns.

Wut? If by special attack you mean C. Attack then the grid you were using her on is terribad.
The rest are reasonable complaints.

I would agree if in this case they were given away along with something else but in this case they basically gave newbies a unit so shit you were better off with literally anything else and the only people who even uses them is a minority smaller than the people doing challenge quests on FGO with only bronze units

I've never seen a strat that used her, but with the right couple of characters *cough* S.Zoi *COUGH* and a decent grid you could probably OTK non-HL bosses with a wet noodle.

I was hoping the trend of releasing new animations for characters relevant in the new story chapter would continue but Salem fucked that up long ago.
Actually, despite the story quality, Lostbelts have been pretty shitty to the players. No new animations for old servants, no free Servant as a reward, no bond point bonus...
....we've only had one so far....
