Honestly, if people roll for Ilya, it will not be because of this chapter. One of the reasons Salieri was even preferred over Ivan in their gatcha was because the chapter he appeared in did an awesome job at making you like him, to the point of making you want to have him. I believe DW will do the same dickish move it has done with Salieri and Izo. They have already switched Servants for CEs as chapter rewards, I'm not really expecting them to be generous with Servants anymore.
