With a 50% Quick Up and an NP charge? Pretty fast I assure you, specially with the ridiculous NP gain she already has.
I'm just waiting to see that third skill. Being a "god" named NP charge gives me hope that it might be something obscene like 80%.
Maybe just a disappointing 20 at level 1 and 30 at level 10.
I'll give it 50% at least since it's more costly than Waver's.

Any enemy/ies-targeted skill that isn't guaranteed to land is pretty bad IMO because even though it's a good 30% Def Down, depending on which boss you're facing, you can whiff. That said, seems really good for Quick Servants whose goal is to nuke and move on as opposed to high sustained damage from Buster.

I still think the crit focus is supposed to support NP spam from quick servants. Which would make sense if the plan really is for quick teams to be nukes rather than sustained damage.
Where do you see it isn't guarenteed to land any more than any other debuff? I read it as a 30% drop in def, not a 30% chance to land the debuff. Or am I wrong?

Hozoin is one of those Servants that shine well solo, but with others he may have some problems keeping his momentum as you may find yourself in situations in which the other Servants will prevent him from continuing to hit hard and get NP as either they will steal his stars or will not let him pull a Brave Combo.
Yeah, debuffs have a chance to miss because of MR, but saying that they're bad because of this is wrong honestly. That they have a chance to miss is a risk that you have to take, but it's a worthwhile risk because the enemy gets weaker. In an RPG, debuffing enemies is a key element that one must use to win battles in tough fights. Buffs can help, but enemies can still be more dangerous than you even with buffs, so the usage of debuffs is pretty much a necessity, despite the risk of the debuffs not landing.
Well, went into Surtr knowing what it would be like so dropped bond team for the first time and wrecked him. Only dangerous point was the three turn buff denial but the 2k per turn from Skadi or whatever kept him alive long enough that I could start chaining invul and heals again. Formalcraft Orion and Jeanne and Merlin both with LB Prisma Cosmos so not a terribly fair fight.As for Skadi, from what's been datamined I'm not terribly impressed. Like I don't mind her quick buff not being as strong as Hero Creation but the issue for me is that she provides no healing, meaning if you want to use her on a lengthy fight you have to rely on someone else.
Sigurd/Bryn scenes were great, definitely one the highlights of this lostbelt
