Yeah. Before her, Lu Bu was the top Servant for obvious reasons.
And to add more about him, Hijitaka is a Servant that has a potentially fun gimmick, but due to not having any survivability at all and being incompatible with support teams for Berserkers due to the low health gimmick he has he's just very hard to use and not worth it when other Servants can deliver similar or even better but with much less effort.
Maybe one day he will get a Guts effect in his second skill, which will allow for very interesting stuff with Demonic Bodhisattva or other high damage CEs, but until then I don't think he's that worth using when he pretty much forces you to put him a Guts CE. Not C-tier rank, but he's certainly stuck at B-rank until then.
She's comparable to 70 Lu Bu with same setup.

She can, it's just hard because only 3 turn duration.

Swimsuit Raikou going after Nightingale for the lewd Halloween CE is just too much.

Pretty easy once you know some of the tricks they play, mainly Nob immediately blasting NP on you after breaking and Nito using taunt while building up her defenses, sometimes ruining your day by IK someone with her NP which she only needs 3 turn to charge.
Finally done with points and by god they better lower it down to 500k next year or something
So what's the way to beat this CQ? Triple ruler team? General arts stall? Raikou and CSs?

Seriously? Dantes+Skadis if you have them. I did it in 9 turns with no casualties.

Until we get a new SSR Caster that gives a stupid NP Gain Buff all I'll read about is Double Skadi Dantes, isn't it
