I don't see any problem with this list so far, in terms of mistakes like the one Rafflesiac found. And for ratings, I think getting rid of the A++ category and splitting it the way you did was a good idea, it makes the list more clear IMO.
Btw, you'll probably have to add a new unit tomorrow Aozaki. Let's hope that it's not a game-breaking unit that forces you to reevaluate some of the units.
Also, will you do it for 4-star Servants section in the end?

IMO, Holmes is good for what he does, which is anti-protection via Def Ignore and Invul Pierce. Outside of that... just run whatever standard team setup you'd normally do. While he does offer some form of bonus damage via Def Down and Crit Damage Up as well as a way to gain instant stars, he's not really a crit support per se. It's more like an added bonus that helps boost your DPS in general, as is obvious with his 2nd and 3rd skill containing self Star Absorption and self Arts Up respectively.

at the end of the day SSR is still SSR, even Schez after she got pumped full of fair and balanced (tm) upgrades
some roles will drop once/if i introduce SR servants (where D rank will be needed to house the trash)

Oh yeah, if there's something to comment about roles, I think you should also add that Ozy is also a support Servant. His third skill can definitely be put to use by Servants who possess RNG skills plus that NP charge is useful for everybody. And Charisma is also an okay skill for buffing the damage of your entire party.
