I grabbed a lvl 90, 1k/1k fous lvl 20 LB damage CE musashi from support
against a freshly broken taiga with field buffs, NPBB unbuffed did like 95~k
a BBB did about 60k to an unbroken taiga with field buffs (does the defense buff increase after break?)

I'm saving lores for skills that really change from Lv9 to 10, like 50% NP charges, or effect rate going up to 100%, or CT being short enough to do interesting things with it.
If I care about the servant deeply beyond gameplay, I do go for 10/10/10 anyway, but if I start trying to 10/10/10 every servant I like I won't have enough lores to keep on doing that.
