There was that female pharaoh depicted as having a(n) (artificial) beard. What if in Nasuverse she was a guy instead or had some NP that turned her into genuine guy?

That would be amazing.

Maybe he's just naturally effeminate like Astolfo, so he tries to grow out a beard, but it's so pathetic and scraggly that everyone goes on assuming it's a fake.

That Saber is a straight-up dude, and the text apparently evokes a lot of of animalistic imagery with phrases about his eyes flashing like a beast's.

Not really, for example he lasted against Gilgamesh exactly because of ME buff.

As a Saber he would be still good Servant, but not OP.

Speaking of male Sabers, I wouldn't mind El Cid (although he could also work perfectly as a Rider). Or Roland (who could also be a Berserker).

The price for a non Saberface its the use of another Saberface.

Thats why Grey cameos in S/F. But because its not a completely new Saberface we only the new nonsaberface Saber apparently has the Excalibur
