Spring, in the Northern Hemisphere, is I think usually considered to be March, April and May. So the end of spring would be either May or June. Although I think some things don't consider summer to begin until the solstice, which would make June 20th the last day of spring.
Here it's Solstice that counts as the last day of Spring.

Spring in February? Man I'm envious...Here spring usually doesn't even START until late April, or early May. Then summer usually starts late in May or early June, and ends in August. Fall is from September to mid-November. The rest is Winter...So it's not unusual for almost half the year to be winter here. -_- It's gotten milder over the last few years though...2013 in particular.
