    I just want to know what the New Year gacha brings (paid gacha aside), since I'm sitting out on a couple ten-rolls. Might even want to try rolling the current gachas since I didn't get to roll for those due to lack of quartz.

    You know what, I'll roll in the paid gacha. I desperately need a 5* archer. Or any archer that isn't Nobu, Atalanta, or Kuro. (hopefully limiteds will be included because I really want Saber archer).

    Kiara CE is 50% NP gauge and overcharges NP by 2. Latter effect can only be used once.

    It would be a really broken CE if it increased charge level to yet another one, and 50% NP is usually a reasonable amount to get 1-turn NP (and 60% works perfectly with level 6 skills). The CE itself is really good for Servants that do more damage the higher the overcharge (Rider Kintoki for example). Not sure how it can improve even more without making it even more overpowered.
