I'll tell you, though, I didn't try hard at all for Musashi. I got her after, what, one 10-roll and two-three shop tickets later? Having just gotten Saber Artoria, I had no plans to spend lots for Musashi. And with all the great successess during the campaign, it wasn't too hard to max level her either.
Meanwhile, I once already suffered through a few hundred dollars for Saber and Lancer Artoria's sakes, prior to this holiday season.
And now it's not enough that I have vanilla Saber Artoria, or Saber Alter, or Santa Alter, or Saber Lily, or Lancer Artoria, or Lancer Alter, or Archer Artoria...
I now strive for this literal slice of perfection.
Once I get this, I should be content to finally stop rolling in this New Year's campaign.

Mifuji Kiiji is such a talented artist. Crying shame that the artist doesn't seem to even have a pixiv account; their danbooru link just gives a twitter profile. I want a poster of it, or a good print... especailly if I completely fail to get it in the game.
Has a FGO materials book featuring CE art been released yet? Could there still be one in the future? I'd certainly like one if it featured this art.

Yeah, Pai really rubbed the salt in the wound. But you sympathize with the CE thirst yourself, don't you Pai? Didn't you whale a lot for the Mashu Halloween CE?
The 140 quartz pack I purchased yesterday (the first purchase I made after the quartz package bought for the paid gacha) was ostensibly for the sake of rolling an NP2 Scathach. But if the First Sunrise CE emerged during those rolls, I think I would've been fine with not using up all 140 of those quartz.

Exactly. It becomes useful only MLBed (and pretty good for Musashi), otherwise is average and you need to roll a lot to MLB that CE.
And I only have one copy of it...
