Oh, question about instant death stuff. For things like Serenity's Silent Dance that say that they increase self-success rate for instant death, does that mean that they are an additive boost the hitRate part of the instant death rate formula that Kyte posted over a year ago?

aka why does Gae Bolg never instant kill when it really matters.

For instant death: hitRate * deathRate * (1 - instantDeathResistUp + instantDeathResistDown)

HitRate is the chance listed in the skill or NP.

Just want to make sure that it works differently than how Shiki's MEoDP work.
