Less overall bonuses using Anniversary Blonde. Only real advantage it gives is +20 instant stars. Also, unless the Servant has an instant NP generation skill that grants at least 60% gauge, can't prep a NP in one turn.
Anniversary Blonde + 2x Merlin = +160% Buster Up, +40% Attack Up, +200% Crit Damage Up, +20 instant stars
Plugsuit + 2x Merlin + Waver = +100% Buster Up, +100% or +130% Attack Up (dependent on using Waver's NP), +250% Crit Damage Up
Edit: Corrected the amount of starting NP needed for Anniversary Blonde to NP in one turn.
