If I rolled for farming CEs every event I'd have no quartz to roll for servants I want. And servants are way more important.
Also this new gacha 5* CE is roughly on par with non-lb Eli chan's Adventure and strictly worse than LB Eli. So anyone who was around for last Halloween has no use for it unless you get five copies.

Well, no need to roll then. Guess we'll see what Chacha's kit is soon enough. She might end up the hardest hitting AOE Servant in the game, right? I mean, assuming only silver/bronze at NP5.
That'd be pretty impressive if she manages to beat out Fran, before considering level 100 shenanigans.
