Nero Bride's defense down (along with the other three that don't really matter), Robin Hood's increased damage against poisoned enemies, Arturia Archer's NP gain, Da Vinci's NP up... and that's about it as far as offensive Servants go.

Thinking about it, is there a Servant with an Arts NP that also has an overcharge worth a damn? Off the top of my head, Ryougi? Shuten and Kuro both have pretty garbage OC bonuses.

Blavatsky has 3-turn Defense, Critical Chance and Debuff Resist down, 10%+10 per 100%
Nitocris has AoE instant Death
Nightingale reduces NP damage by 50%+12.5% per 100%
Tamamo charges NP by 25%+6.25% per 100%

Medea for NP spammability, Helena because the debuffs scale on a +10% level instead of the traditional 5% (though she starts crappier as well, at 10% instead of the usual 20%) and Nightingale because reducing NP Damage to 0% is always fun. Then again, it'll be amazing to even see Nightingale survive that long even with her anti-humanoid buffs active.

Saber Archer (to spam faster), Orion (to prevent enemy crits during raid fight), Robin Hood (increases damage), George (more defense up), Andersen (improves strength of buffs), Tamamo (increases instant NP gain), Merlin (more stars), Da Vinci (more damage). Probably some more.
