For 50 tickets and 500 quarts for archtoria, that is almost certain that other swimsuit 4* may take her place. As I already have a NP2 jellyfish dress, I wonder:

1. Does Np3 or Np4 (rather than NP5) of a servant offer any benefit? Or I should burn the extra for rare prisms to unlock that Lisa CE?
2. Is that swimsuit Ruler good?

Any NP upgrades are beneficial. The amount of gain (compared to the previous) past NP2 however dips drastically.

Summer Martha's good when her 3rd skill's conditional effect actually applies. Outside of that, punchy girl and Za Warudo memes.

1. Yes you dingus it's called a stronger NP, you'll never be hard up enough for RPs to prematurely burn a gold Servant
2. Under very specific circumstances, otherwise she's just sort of okay.

As for rolling, maybe try to ration your rolls if you don't desire Archer that much? Do something like 10 tickets or a 10-roll then end it there to save for Summer 2017 or Anniversary 2 Servants.

In this case, you're gonna want to raise her NP level. As much as I don't like OG Artoria, I can't deny her Swimsuit version is very good.
