You still can put Boudicca as support Rider if you don't have Mordred Rider, as long as you give her the 4* CE, otherwise chances are people are just going to pick Tamamo Lancer or Archuria for the SAM&Nero node.

Some Samsung, no idea. But loading times, smoothness and screen size are horrendous compared to emus. Well, RemixOS is in another league entirely, it's perfect.
A didn't see tablets with screen => 17.3''. ... And i don't know anyone owning tablet anyway.

If loading times and smoothness is horrendous, it's probably just some barely supportable phone. I can load my battles in about ~30s or less, smoothness is fine as long as I don't have anything else running to eat up ram (chrome does it all too easily) and screen size is something I'm not bothered about because the designs are done in such a way it's clear and visible for the most parts.
Of course, loading times are reliant on whether you downloaded the entire assets or not, which I usually do so it's usually less than 30s.

This has gotten ridiculous. I wanted 1 more 3* ce so I tried my hand at the fp gacha for it. 200K fp later and I still haven't gotten another copy. How low are the rates in this gacha.

Nothing is on rate up and 3* anything in that gacha is low, yes. Last event I remember actively rolling FP for the event CE I believe I rolled 23 R CEs before the event one, didn't clock FP though.
Ditto. Started with a HTC One M7 two years ago. Probably get a phone upgrade soon solely because of the random stuttering and lag.

Huh, all the fake Orions are flagged as male. Tamalancer and Orion suddenly shine. Well, Tamamo was probably already my most useful party member for this. I just wish Orion had better unsupported NP gain. She's barely better than Vlad.
Orion is always flagged as male tho? Since she's using his Saint Graph.
All mobs in this round are males thanks to mini-Orions.
