Jeanne/Merlin/Cu Alter seems to be my new default challenge quest team. Only Cu was up by the end of the Karna/Arjuna quest though because Jeanne, Tamalancer and Mashu all went down to instant kills. Cu would have too but Guts.
Just Suzuka and Da Vinci left. What's Suzuka's gimmick? Something about only certain alignments dealing damage to her?
First gauge is strong defense against 2 random card type, second is random self class change, third is the alignment change.
My team usually takes 5-6 turns with +7 petals drop but with Mage's Association Uniform. Fran Berserker with Ishtar-Quetz CE, Mashu and Waver.

Bleh, last attempt on Arjuna and Karna failed because Arjuna decided to wait a turn to use his NP from breaking Karna turn 1, so I ended up wasting an Invincible.
Ahaha, Medea-centric team got memed by double Rider spawn. Da Vinci-chan is sly.
I don't have any Amakusa friends, I think, so time to think up some not half-assed strat.
My Karna/Jack/support Waver usually does 5 turns, and I use atlas but you could use anything else (and with magic academy +20NP or plugsuit with backrow Merlin you should be able to do 5 turns consistently, maybe 4)
Oh joy, Arjuna's unbuffed NP instant kills the entire frontline.
NP1 karna? does he oneshot the last wave without an event damage CE?

I haven't finished it yet, but from what i've done i'm pretty sure holmes, amakusa and support merlin should do the trick. Keeping track of the different skills of the mooks is annoying though.

My Karna is NP2, so he either kills or leaves Ozzy near death. This is without any other buffs except maybe his burst.
The suit/back servants don't matter.

Cleo because she doesn't hit Da Vinci hard, gain NP fast, can Brave Chain Crit
it's actually fixed and cycles: lancer->rider->caster
