Dunno about the quartz gacha but in the friend point gacha it really didn't feel like a rate up. More like, "yeah, the bunnies are in there somewhere but you gotta go find them". I lost count of all the rolls I did but it's been longer than 1 hour and I have one copy to show for it.

if it's iOS try offloading app in settings > storage then downloading from store

Osakabe is cute. Mecha Liz it's better than i expected and Alterego was the only class i was missing. I hope this means we can get a Ruler or Avenger welfare soon.
