I forgot. Why is Gil higher than Ishtar in the Tier list? I mean. I want Ishtar but Idk if I want to spend for her when I am saving money for Scathach in NA. Is it because of Enuma Elish? I mean if Ishtar had an interlude that negated that atk buff delay, would she be higher?

Gilgamesh's NP interlude gave him a free +30% NP Power Up in addition to the normal +100% NP modifier increase that Buster AoE NPs get. In addition, his NP already has a Super Effective modifier on it, so it hits for about as much as a single target NP would hit for.
Collector is also pretty decent after the SQ.
Gil's NP hits slighter harder than Ishtar's even without the SE modifier. NP gen for both is about the same. Ishtar has stronger normal attacks and crits.
I'd say Ishtar is generally better.
Because the person who made that tier list is asinine and for some reason people think it has weight because it exists in another language.
They're quite "similar". Gil is better against Servants, Ishtar for everything else thanks to her skills.
