The Shikis got upgrade because FGO Arcade is doing the KnK collab event and to celebrate they upgrade them in regular GO
Alex is connected to Case Files since the whole conflict between Faker, Dr. Heartless and Waver revolves around Alex/Iskandar, they may have a role in the collab but replacing Gray? Why? Doesn't make sense, she's one of the protagonists along side Waver and her VA will be on the collab streaming
