You could 3t it last year without Skadi so the answer is 3

It was a pretty unreliable 3 turn last year since it banked on specific cards critting. This year it's pretty easy to 3 turn.



Chloe skill requirements probably not as high as when I wrote it up because less Manticore HP, but it doesn't hurt to have anyway.

Honestly, you could probably use Billy in place of Chloe and still 3 turn it since Altera the Sun(ta) really doesn't need damage buffs.

Yeah, Billy can replace Chloe in that, as Altera the Sun(ta) doesn't need the Quick Up from Skadi to one shot Saber Alter.
