So it finally happened to me that I get 2 5* bunny rulers on the first 11 roll but had to use 200 more SQ to get 1 copy of the other 4*'s...
No matter how much other Summer Servants show their skin, I still find Basaka Musashi's cowboy outfit, Martha Ruler, Carmilla Rider, and Tan BB are the hottest one

honestly her NP buffs should last 3 turns.
Lartoria has 40% NP charge from her first skill and 20% from her NP. Also has 3 Atk steroids. I'd say she's pretty good

Doesn't Ruler has more attk modifier than regular class? So it's probably lower end of 10.000?

Got Sumer Okita and Summer Melt in the first ten-roll. Then, got screwed and ended having to buy a total of 3 packs for Summer Lion King. NP2 Okita and NP3 Melt but still wasn't a good feeling going into the third when the entire pack before that was just gold CE, gold CE and more gold CE.

Got one copy of each in about five 11-rolls, I think it was. Don't have enough EXP cards for Melt and Okita at the moment, but used my special ascension on Arturia Ruler and then tossed the many extra Rider EXP cards I had on her. Have her sitting at 10/5/5 until I see datamine info for how her other skills scale.
one is delayed which is kinda shit but one can live with it
but having sub10k attack on SSR is never good
9.5k vs 12k is 20% of pure damage difference
which means all buffs you use on her are mitigated by 20% effectively - her own ones as well as all support buffs
she is also in forever no interlude club
not that i care all that much but its definitely not a pleasant surprise

The card shuffle being a skill is interesting, but I guess we'll see what the datamine says about how good she is

Probably just card shuffle, only useful if you had a terrible card roll but detremental if you didn't.
Fortunately my goal was Melt so if I don't get her it will still be fine.
This only means that DW blessed you with enough luck after spending a large amount on the gacha!
