I wish I knew what Fang hell is. But then again, I'm selective on my skill leveling and I still have 174 fangs remaining. A skill's not going to lvl 10 unless it and the Servant in question is very strong to warrant a 10 on his/her skills to begin with. Like Kintoki's NP charge or Attack Up (though at lvl 8, I did lazy out somewhat until NeroFes 2017).

Fang hell is terrible. Absolutely terrible :V. You definitely don't want to be a part of it. The Artoria + Saber-faces alone require about 1700 Dragon Fangs in total for skills (not including ascension mats) currently before you account everyone else.

I think I can come in second for finishing part 1 with only 2 SSRs. Not even dupes.

I only got most of my SSRs and dupes this year.

What can amaze me though is if someone had been playing since start of game, had 10 rolls of SSR and 7 - 9 of these are dupes.

I agree with this. 20 SSR is more above average luck if not really good luck for a F2P if they've played since start I'd think if not including dupes. 10 SSR seems more like the average. If we were stretching 12-15 SSR at best for average.
