Needless to say, KH is a 5*, that means you have about a 1% chance to get the 5* plus another uknown % chance to get him. Even if it seems that everybody is getting him, that just means they're very lucky and/or whales or sold their souls, and is just a very small part of the cosmos, while the rest of people who didn't get them... well, we lost them due to despair or are ashamed to show their rolls or even comment or look at them, that's why they're not making noise.
