But the weeb cred of having Raikou NP2 is so tempting. (And also the nasty voice that whispers to me "show her you really love her by spending more on her'. That voice is a lie, right?)

I'm sure I'll do at least one 10-roll tomorrow.... and hope that'll be all I need to do. (If I get my 5th copy of the 5* Event CE, that'd quell the urge to roll more too).

Orion/Artemis is my 4th unique 5* Archer, having been preceded by Arjuna, Archer Artoria NP2, and Ishtar. Not sure if there's a niche she can fit in. (Also, how strange is it that I've gotten all these strong Archers and I haven't gotten any non-Alter Emiya?) #firstworldproblems

If I was to get a new 5* Servant that wasn't on rate-up, Orion probably wouldn't be among my top choices.

But I am happy, yes, that Orion's new and that it's a 5* Servant.

(OK, do I refer to Orion as he, or do I say 'she' when taking into account Artemis? Or does everyone just call the "Orion" Servant "Artemis?")

Orion is better for pure stall teams than Artoria, I think, but those haven't been relevant in ages.

I think plural pronouns are the most appropriate choice with Orion. Mechanically Orion's traits are the ones that count (so male and non-divine) but Artemis really does most of the fighting, and IIRC the three in-game skills are a mix of Orion's and Artemis'.

Maybe if she was my first 5* Archer. But until I start regularly using her, I'm absolutely fine with her being all about Orion.

Ugh, I try not to use plural pronouns often to describe singulars. Maybe I'll just go with 'he' when talking about Orion's game mechanics, 'she' when talking about Artemis herself, and 'they' when talking about them together... which I guess is the normal thing to do.

I'll see how I feel in the coming days... but it really does look better now to not worry about NP2 Raikou, not enough to use most/all of my remaining quartz for her. Should feel blessed that I got her so soon in the rerun, and even got another 5* after it. I really should. Yes

Better off not comparing myself to, say, this one guy on my FL who has NP4 Raikou (and who I realized yesterday is the one with an NP3 Musashi, NP5 Gilgamesh, NP3 Scathach, NP3 Merlin, etc.), huh?

When I didn't get Raikou last year, I soothed my pain by watching a video of her voicing her My Room lines and all that jazz.
