Sabers don't like, aside from welfare sabers I have only Alter and Rama so I kept Sumanai.

If you have Alter you don't need Sumanai though. Like, Carmilla is actually good. Sumanai is probably the worst gold apart from Astolfo.

They are an okay character both in personality and design to me, so I will not burn them. Especially if their Interlude give quartz instead of NP upgrade.
And Lancelot is my friend for farming exps.

There are way better buffers than Stheno given you have limited number of characters you can use in your buffing parade

Finn can work as a tank and contribute with his 3 A cards while Astoflo just blows unless you stick an NP CE on him.

Sumanai is actually a Servant that you can use. Not good, but you can use him.

Stheno is literally just a skill that takes up a servant slot.

If by 'Niche' you mean "In the unlikely event you fight Lancer Dragons he just barely manages to hit on-par with other AoE Saber Servants" then he has a niche, sure.

Even then you're probably better off with Alter.

He only has 2 Arts card not including NP and his NP generation is below average (just like Astolfo), while one of his skill is chance based (again same as Astolfo) so meh.

Personally I'd keep Astolfo and burn Finn.

I have more than 6k MP and yes I have Lily, still I think Sumanai has his uses yet Carmilla's usability is strongly overshadowed by Jack.

And even then Carmilla is a good 4* Assassin. And she's damn sexy. I kinda understand why people would want to burn Stheno, but I never understood why the same applies with Carmilla for others. I have her at level 90 and she is really good. And I do have Jack, and I still find her useful.

Because Shiki (Assassin) exists and, in most cases, is better.
