Correct. I used Rem's level 25 Jeanne as my support (with a level 20 Shielder, and level 14 Caster Cu/Medusa/Ling Ke as my units) and felt so utterly over leveled for it. An offensive unit around the same level would probably work even better, since I never even used her NP.
If your herc support can get 3 buster cards, make him use his self-buff and then make your master cast the atk buff on him. Then make him BUSTER BRAVE CHAIN and rekt her straight up.
Alternatively, you could just use my Level 50 Arturia lol.

So I was playing in Rome until it appeared this thing full of eyes and with a goo resembling the corrupted Grail...
I don't even know what the hell was that, but his normal attack did 2k to all of my servants.
And after that I need to fight wyverns again.
