    In this case at least? Because what the strat uses it for is the stars-on-arrival effect. The supports aren't NPing at all in this one, you just want the buffs on your damage dealer and as many stars as possible so you can crit Murasaki's first bar (and possibly second).

    Probably because more people that are still playing have the latest Christmas CE than they do Golden Carp.
