    While he excels with a Tamamo+Waver team, he's fine with either of them + someone else to help generate stars. I argue that he's the best Saber in terms of game mechanics.

    i used up 1 ticket and 13 quartz on alt because i had a feeling

    carmilla and rama dupes
    carmilla goes into ice storage in case i need rare prisms

    anyway question, if i buy quartz on android do i keep them if i change to iOS or do i have to use them right there

    That's what a lot of people playing on an iOS device did before emulators stopped working, since emulators were considered Android devices.
