used Abi, Mashu and Merlin for challenge quest.

it was fine until the final hp bar, Nobu critted Abi to death even though she's at almost full hp.

guess who saved the day? our greatest Greek Hero of course.

Arent they story quest

because bosses have unique skills and are harder than in the actuall challenge quest

the previous story quest also have unique redline buffs didnt they

Emiya fucked me good with his defense-ignore NP (RIP Neethime, may you rest in peace), but otherwise the battles were fairly smooth sailing.

Chacha however deserves the MP fires. Run BB/Merlin/Jeanne and obliterate her, don't make my mistake and use an off-meta team.

i was using same heavy team for memeing with np5 10/10/10 Majin and only Emiya and Li came close to wiping me out. Chacha and Nobu fights are a joke.

Granted i grabbed plugsuit for nobu and swapped 1 char in the backline but still i expected more

Brought Summer Rock Nobu, Medea Lily & Support Merlin to the Chacha fight. Not the quickest way but I had fun w/ it, didn't even get to use Lily's NP charge skill once.

Haven't fought the last Nobu fight yet, so I guess I'm going in half blind again later.

For challenge quest, since I was going in blind, I just went full meme. Didn't even realize the crit boost was a penalty for clearing the defense buffs until after the fight was done.

And I succeeded anyways. The meme's too strong.

One shot the first HP bar with Iba NP (that's when the crit boost came in). Second bar, she focused mainly on the Merlins, who had resistance (Merlin invul helped with the NP). Did have to use both Merlin's Buster skill on one of them, to heal them since I had no other heals available at the time. Third HP bar, Iba used her NP to take away half of her HP (and some additional crit buffs she had used); used one of the invul skills, Mashu taking one for the team, and Avalon stack to raise Iba NP and survive, tho finished her with a crit. Last bar, just did NPBB with Iba, which crit, and she died next turn.

Pulled off the challenge quest. I was lucky that Nobu went for everyone but Super Ibaragin, so she was the last one standing to Buster Chain Nobu to oblivion. Thanks for the detailed notes, KAIZA.

I like how Nobu used her anti-Divine buff to assassinate Tamamo

And how she murdered Li in one turn with crits

Anyways she's dead now, time to kill her with Ryouma after I finish farming.

Decided to use Li/Merlin/Mashu
Had fun using Li, he just murdered Nobu. Mashu was the MVP since her defense buff + her np pretty much nullified Nobu's np.
I should probably use Li more in the future.
