I wouldn't be surprised. I've seen some fights that starts with only two enemies, making it impossible to even get a refund from those. And there's plenty of Berserkers in this chapter too, to make refund even harder.
Edit: They even give you an unremovable permanent NP gain debuff later, to further add to this point
Honestly, not a fan of this. I don't care much about mob fights, so being unable to quickly clear them so I can move to boss fights is quite annoying.

That final Nezha fight is a massive pain in the butt. The first HP bar is the most dangerous part of it, and you either attempt to burst it down or plan to wait 5 turns for Nezha to drain herself to 1 HP. Can't comment on the 2nd bar because I barely managed to pull 13.5k damage from a brave chain (fuck that 1st bar's permanent Attack Down) to break the 1st bar the same turn Nezha drained her now 2nd bar's HP.
For the insane difficulty and the time it takes for it to be ready, the story is pretty much lackluster IMO

That's the fight before the one I'm talking about. If you break her first HP bar before she does her NP, you're forced to finish the fight normally.
No idea if she even drops anything for beating her. Probably just a Berserker or Lancer monument.
Whoever designed the Pakozerker fights near the end of the chapter can seriously go rot in hell.

The difficulty is spiking up for the wrong reasons IMO, and I just used quratz to finish them.
I ain't using quartz on this shit, not worth using a quartz to get a quartz. Currently trying to think of ways of getting around the fucking team wipe.
Haven't gotten to that point yet, just finished the first Asclepius fight. Interesting note there is, if you stun him, he won't spawn an additional Berserker enemy that turn.
I finally managed to clear it, but jesus was that incredibly awful. If I hadn't gotten a crit at the last turn I'd be dead and have to start over! And I still have the freaking tree to deal with...
