Ok, I just checked Cirnopedia's recorded Semi-Finals 40AP Petal Node drops. Apparently it drops 14 bundles on avg, probably, while the Finals node, from my exp. maxed 12 bundles, probably more. The drop count without CE is also more or less the same. So it's really, hasn't gone any better.
