The last 40 AP part 2 quest only drops orbs. Use Orbs to run the fights that cost only orbs, and you'll only get lotus flowers.

Peaches are largely useless, so I don't need to farm those. Unfortunately I can't not farm them given the talisman quest.

I actually can't get Waver his third ascension yet because I'm broke. I'm considering farming lotuses for QP if the drop rate is enough to make it worth it, which means better than the daily since I don't need fangs or scales. Best orb quest drops those right?

reason i want to borrow a Ryuutan is cuz i want to feel a direct comparison between him and Saberlot in a strictly 3 member party composition

So I tried Saberlot with Waver (olgamarie CE) and Tamamo (prisma cosmos) at first.
It went bad because Tamamo and Waver apparently isnt enough to cockblock Nezhua's NP from happening, and between the three, only Tamamo can stack enough defense to survive the NP. The debuffs from each break also prevents me to finish it fast and hard.
So i changed strategy. And im kinda surprised that I like Saberlot Mash Jeanne better than the Arts Trinity compo.
Mash can handle the defense from normal attacks (jeez Nezhua really hits hard), while I just need to make sure Jeanne's NP is ready every five turns, thanks prisma cosmos. i even get to pull double luminosite in the space of 5 turn.
Her starperturn skill's CT also fits snuggly with Lancelot's.
Overall a relatively relaxed run, because every angle was covered.

With Gundam's Ryuutan, I also tried him with Waver and Tamamo, but this time with 4060.
It went a bit better Ryuutan's NP spam is better from Lancelot if his teammate can give him stars, and he has dodge, so i can just put his own dodge, master invul on waver, and def stack on Tamamo to survive incoming kasensou if i no longer am unable to reduce Nezhua's NP gauge.
But then the second NP hits me anyway and kills Waver. Tamamo still survives and so does Ryuutan because the suiten nikkou reduces CT, but without Waver's def up they both died faster.
I also found out that using 4060 on Waver and Tamamo actually hinders their NP fill quite considerably compared if I put olgamarie or prisma cosmos. I thought the arts crit could make up for the per turn NP fill, but apparently not enough.
So a change of tactic, I bring Ryuutan with Mashu and Tamamo with NPperturn CE instead of 4060 to capitalize on the def up and atk down instead of crits.

It actually feels very similar to my Ibaraki team; that is, it was very engaging, making sure every 5 turn i can go 100% def up while also making sure i have enough def up between each 5 turns to deal with Nezhua's normal attacks
I like it that the team felt very balanced. My only problem was that every time Ryuutan do Mutoudori i prayed PLEASE DONT MISS PLEASE DONT MISS because if that debuff miss, then thats it, the team's ded lol.


TL;DR i went in wanting to try Ryuutan's and Lancelot on same team because my friends and most people really likes to compare the two, but I found in my experience that the slight difference in their kit actually makes quite a big difference in the demand of teammate composition as well

Ryuutan increases party survivability by a lot while still being a pretty good damage dealer, and his debuffs having to land has never been an issue for me unless I fight somebody that spams buff removals, immunities or has MR similar to Stheno or Euryale (goddamn those two, this event reminded me this). Saberlot is all about doing burst damage the moment you get his skills activated and can keep doing it for three turns if you get good card placement.

How I usually do this if I use both, is that I put a front party that slowly starts to kill the boss while never dying at all, which is very easy to do with Ryuutan, Mashu and Tamamo (though I admit I miss BB, she was good at this too). Once one of them dies, usually because of Break mechanics completely screwing me, Saberlot appears, uses his NP first turn and starts finishing off the remnants. If it's still alive after that, I put somebody like Cu or Nero at the last row for a last man stand (which, once I'm done with, they will get replaced with Heracles Bond 10). The friend support is whatever I feel like, either an extra support Servant to replace the lost one or a burst damage dealer like Berserker Kintoki.

I even use Ryuutan in fights against Archers, his attack debuff and Mashu's defense buffs makes this possible to pull off, albeit a bit more risky to keep it going and makes the fight last longer. Saberlot though is replaced with another single target NP first turn user that works with Hollow Magic (where are thou Kaleidoscope...). I personally like this approach I made in this game, keep a good but not 100% foolproof team that slowly goes towards victory, and if things go wrong at one point start rushing towards victory. And seems to have worked well so far since I got Ryuutan, I had more occasions in which I end up with my party fully alive than in last man standing with Nero for example.

Of course this is for boss battles, for farming I just pull off a friendly Merlin or Waver, I'm not mad enough to pull this team for farming as fights can take around 20-30 turns after all, or even more if the boss is good at taking hits.

I did do a merlin run, but with Rama instead

It was fun in i-feel-like-a-god sort of way, but not really a fan of it. Had to double Merlin to rotate the invincibility.

For Saberlot run, I stun her with Jeanne the first time she used her pierce and wait it out until it expired. The second time she used it shes dead before NPing

The pierce wasnt a problem for Ryuutan run because its defense up based

For the Rama run, shes dead before ever using the pierce with NP.

Didn't even know people would compare Saberlot and Ryuutan together. I guess it's the byproduct of being the only Art Sabers.

Also, can anyone put Gorgon Sister CE on their Waver? Using Lu Bu or David support turns out to be undesirable in Tianzhu.

Semi/Carmilla/Ibaraki They kill dragons and Carmilla uses her third to ensure stars for Sikera Usum. Pop Sikera Usum wave 3 and Torture Techniques on the dragon. Then Semi uses Hanging Gardens, Phantom Maiden or Rashoumon Daiengi kills Nightingale and a random card kills the dragon.

5-turn clear, sometimes 4, but you can use all of the 3 Great Heroes CEs that you have.

I was using arash to 3turn it but got a ce drop so he was replaced with mashu.
